ArcGIS Online Frequency Analysis

Hello,

It there a frequency analysis tool in ArcGIS Online such as in ArcGIS Pro? I would like to create a frequency table within a web map that are based on three fields. This table would be used in a Dashboard to view errors of duplication inspections. I have looked for such a tool in the Analysis options in the web map, but do not see one.

I have a joined hosted feature layer view that is the result of relating culvert inspections with the culvert feature. I would like to perform a frequency from the joined view on culvert name, location, and inspection date. Any records from the analysis with a greater count than one would be an error.

How would I perform a frequency of this type in ArcGIS Online.
