Some imagery basemap tiles not loading

Hello,

I am currently creating a map of an area near Cicero, NY, at approximately -76.1, 43.2 decimal degrees. When I zoom in on the area I would like to map, there are several missing image tiles at multiple zoom levels. I have tried beginning a new map, adding world imagery basemap, and zooming in to the mapping area, and the problem persists.

I first noticed this yesterday.

I have attached a jpg of the problem.

Given your attached screen capture and the imagery credits in the lower right-hand corner, I'm not sure what application or browser you are using. Either way, I had no tile problems with ArcMap, ArcGIS Explorer for Desktop, ArcGIS Online in Internet Explorer browser and ArcGIS Online in Chrome browser. I suggest that you "clear your cache" in what ever software you are using and try again.
