Would like to add attribute table to Report output in Web Appbuilder custom widget

Hello, I am trying to create a custom print report widget in Web Appbuilder (Developers Edition) and wish to have a an attribute table as a part of the print layout. I have followed the tutorial below and am able to generate a report, however this tutorial uses hard coded values for the table.

I would like to be able to generate the table in the report by accessing a feature layer in my ArcGIS Online organization account. This feature layer is a Survey 123 feature. Ideally, I would also like to add a query function into this code to allow the end-user to choose which features they would like in the output report.
