Webmap pop up not displaying data

I'm new to using webmaps, previously more of a traditional desktop user of ArcGIS, so thank you for your help. I am trying to work out why a webmap that is used on 2 different sites is displaying pop-ups differently (one shows popup configured data and other does not). See below screen shot where the data for the selected point is not displaying.

The permissions for the map and data table are the same.

This popup style happens when the screen size falls below a certain width. If you can increase the width of the browser, the configured popup should show as you expect.

This is the same site at two different widths.

the width of the map is the full width of the browser

would length of map also effect this?

Yes it does. If the popup cannot be shown at its full height and width, then it will go into this configuration

Please note that when you click on that arrow on the right side of the popup, you can see the attributes.
