However, I am experiencing this issue in ArcMap, QGIS, and an app I use on two of my android devices called "Canada Topo Maps" as well.&nbsp;</P><P>In short, when I am connected to wifi, any Esri base maps won't load in any of the above mentioned products. Usually the result is just a blank white layout. ArcGIS Online map viewer is the only product that produces an error, with everything else, the map just simply does not load.&nbsp;</P><P>Another interesting detail.
