How to append features during a demo

In a week or two I demo a solution for my collegues. It's a quick capture app and a dashboard in which they can report and see damage, danger, polution, that kind of things

During the demo I want some data to appear to enhance my story.

I was planning to run a notebook or a python script to append some points. Unfortunately I cannot use append because sync is enabled. Also overwriting the feature from arcgis pro doesn't work for the same reason.

Is there any other way I can insert data during my presentation other than say, 7 fieldworkers dispersed in the field (freezing their .... off) pushing a button it QuickCapture at a given time?

Solved it! Good old modelbuilder appending a local feature class to the hosted one:

and the dashboard instantly responds ...
