Problem Publishing Hosted Service when SSL enabled

When SSL is enabled on ArcGIS for Organizations I can't Publish Hosted services. In my organization I am behind a proxy, maybe this influences the behaviour...
Looks like issue is related to this thread:

How are you connecting to your organization in ArcMap?

On the sign in dialog, did you click the "Manage portal connections" link and enter the name of your organization, also using "https://..." as the URL?

Just FYI for when you get an update to ArcGIS Desktop 10.1... The Manage Portal Connections option will be moved to the ArcGIS Administrator application, the same place you set your license.
