9.0 Installer error 1904

- When I try to install ArcGIS 9.0 on my tablet with XP pro I get the following message in an Installer Information box: Error 1904 Module D:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Bin\XMLSupportUI.dll failed to register. HRESULT-2147023898. Contact your support personel. Can anyone tell me what might be wrong?

Take a look at

28065 - Error 1904: failed to register C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Bin\xmlsupportui.dll, 3dsymbolsui.dll, or GxRaster.dll

for other possible solutions, do web search for " arcgis 9.0 install error 1904 "
