Am I blind?!

Hi all,

Am I blind or it's not possible to create simple features (i.e. points, lines, and polygons) directly in AGOL without having to preload a feature layer from an external source prior?! I swear God I had an impression that this was possible, at least in earlier releases. Is it me or something have changed recently?

IMHO, creation of simple features is a base function that MUST be present in a SaaS solution. Otherwise it doesn't make sense, don't you think?

When viewing a map, click Add>Add Map Notes. This creates a layer that you can add simple features to.

OMG, Mike, you are my life saver. Thanks! I thought I was going crazy not finding this feature. It's not intuitive at all...
