    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have some secured ArcGIS services served out through ArcGIS.com. I want to use the ArcGIS.com map applications but they fail&amp;nbsp; in Internet Explorer with a&amp;nbsp; "HTTPS security is compromised" error.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The app needs to be accessed via HTTPS because of the password/authentication but the ArcGIS.com map app makes calls to non HTTPS resources.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;IE Error:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-style:italic;"&gt;SEC7111: HTTPS security is compromised by &lt;A href="http://utility.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/Geometry/GeometryServer/project"&gt;http://utility.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/Geometry/GeometryServer/project&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Anyone have a workaround or is there a way that ArcGIS.com can use &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://paulirish.com/2010/the-protocol-relative-url/"&gt;protocol relative URLs&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;-Pat&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
