Is there more information as to the cost breakdown for the level 1 and level 2 membership somewhere?

I look forward to this answer as well, Level 1 "read-only" would be very helpful for us. They redesigned the AGO pricing page, but no word on Levels yet.

You might need to contact the Local Esri Distributor's Sales Rep. for the Pricing details.

What that post didn't mention is that ArcGIS Enterprise Workgroup Advanced or Standard is restricted from using Level 1 named users. That was very disappointing.
