open url no popup

I would like to click on a feature in an ArcGIS Online web map and open a URL in a new browser tab. I do not want to open a popup first. Current workflow: click feature, click popup, website opens in tab. Preferred workflow: click feature, website opens in tab.

Is it possible to do this?

Hi Jennifer Kuntz‌,

This is not possible out of the box, but you can add it to a custom application using the ArcGIS API for Javascript:
