I'm pulling my hair out with one of my data sets losing any edits I make in Desktop, but keeping edits mad in AGOL....

I have a hosted feature layer that contains points for active and controlled wildland fires. I need to be able to drop new features in rapidly, based on their Lat/Long. Desktop's "go to X Y" function lets me do this without much heartburn... but here is the rub...

Here is my workflow, which works with every other dataset besides this one...

Add layer from AGOL> Make local copy for editing> make edits (add points & attributes)> save edits> stop editing> synchronize local edits with server.

Right after the synchronization stops, all new features I added disappear. But if I add features in AGOL, they stick fine.

Like I mentioned, this is the only feature layer that has this problem. I tried recreating it from scratch, and the new version has the same problems.

Any ideas?
