    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm unable to add a CSV, publicly available at OneDrive, to an ArcGIS Online web map.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had a similar question regarding Dropbox, which was answered here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A _jive_internal="true" data-containerid="2106" data-containertype="14" data-objectid="398118" data-objecttype="2" href="https://community.esri.com/message/398118#398118"&gt;https://community.esri.com/message/398118#398118&lt;/A&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The solution for Dropbox was to make sure my CSV was in my Public folder.&amp;nbsp; (It wasn't sufficient to simply get a link for the file.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I have the same CSV in my Public folder at OneDrive &lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=99F6FF56394B8B9B%21171882" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #444444; font-family: Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"&gt;When I try to Add Layer &amp;gt; From Web &amp;gt; CSV, I get this error:&amp;nbsp; "The layer was not created because no locations could be found."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #444444; font-family: Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"&gt;But I know the locations are valid; it's the same file that works okay at Dropbox.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #444444; font-family: Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"&gt;Has anyone successfully added a map layer from a CSV or KML file at OneDrive?&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #444444; font-family: Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"&gt;Thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #444444; font-family: Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"&gt;Don &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
