Upload Service Definition fail. Error 999999

Hi i am trying to upload Service Definition file to AGOL but ever time i try, the tool fails and gives the 999999 error. Everything about the file seems fine and the only thing i can think off is that my trail subscription expired and i waiting to get it renewed. Could this be what is causing my errorr or is there something else to look at?

How big is the data? If you downsize the data a little bit, for instance, exporting a part of the dataset and then publishing again, do you get the same error message?

Has anyone else had this error. We are getting it on multiple computers. I have tried to uninstall and re-install the SP. The error report comes up as a general function error. Any help or ideas would be great.

Jeff, we would need more information in order to reproduce the problem. It may be related to the size of the data, permissions, or the type of data being published.

This would be a difficult problem to debug through the forums. I suggest you contact Esri Technical Support.
