Basically I want users to fill the form out and attach an image at the end. The issue is displaying the image in a popup on a Story Map. I have set up the popup to display an image and some of the other attribute fields from the layer in the web map. Until I go in and fill in the image field with the URL for the attached image, the popup displays nothing.
