Reshape failed - Trying to reshape hosted layers from arcpro/Desk

I'm trying to update a hosted layer polygon that is currently being collected in the field and I keep getting an error:

Reshape failed. General function failure [Invalid column name 'Shape_Extents'.]

I usually do my editing from arcgis desktop but for some reason it would not synchronize online with my hosted layer view set for edit (no errors showing). I thought it might be something with the settings but I don't see anything different.

I tried with arcgis pro then I got that error.

*Not sure if it could be related but I started getting sync errors from collector yesterday as well.

Hi Katie,

I have also recently faced this issue. Since I have to fix the error as it was urgent so I have exported a hosted feature service and published back as a new hosted feature service and that works fine.

Still interested to know the solution on this?
