Feature layer won't enable for editing in app

Hello,

I've been having issues creating a collector app I created from a map. I have editing enabled in the feature layer as well as in the map, but when I create an app and go into the edit widget there is no layer to add features to. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or missing?

Hi Kate,

From the screenshot your provided, it looks like a Web AppBuilder app - is that right?

When you add the feature layer to the ArcGIS Online map viewer, can you make edits?

Yes, it is a Web AppBuilder app.

I can make edits to the feature layer in the map viewer.

Hi Kate,

So after you've added the feature layer to the web map (and the feature layer is editable), did you save the web map, then open the web map in Web AppBuilder? Once you add the Edit widget, the feature layer should be available and accessible in the Edit widget.
