I have changed my default printing to use a template that is set up. The link to the service is
http://webmaps.es2-inc.com/arcgis/rest/services/WebMap_Printing/Exxon_Oceaneering_Printing/GPServer/Export%20Web%20Map
when I past the link in the space. nothing happens. When I print anything it uses the default and when I go back to the page in Utilities it is back to Default. Am I missing something?

It works in my ArcGIS Viewer for Flex.

Here is my AGOL Print after the configured print service is saved. Here is the page showing that it is in there.

ArcGIS.com only supports synchronous print servers. Yours appears to be async.
