Can't edit template subtitle in builder

Hi,

I created a Story Map in builder mode http://bit.ly/1dYYuIx and everything seems to be working fine except when I try to edit the subtitle. When I click on the subtitle icon, or the subtitle itself, that space goes blank and there is nothing there to edit or click on. If I refresh the browser, or close and re-open, then the sub-title is still there. I've attached screen shots of what it looks like before and after I click on the subtitle template. Any ideas on a work around or how to fix this would be appreciated. I've tried it in both Firefox 24.3.0 and IE 11 using Windows 7.

I'm not able to reproduce that issue. If I copy paste that same string in a new Map Tour it gets corrected automatically. Did you enter that string manually? Was that description present in your webmap subtitle?

If no browser is able to help you fix that (have you tried Chrome?), I don't see any other solution than creating a new Map Tour.
You can reuse your webmap, just open it with ArcGIS.com Viewer and do Share > Map Tour.

If you can reproduce and give me details about the workflow that you used, I will try to fix the issue.

Hi Gregory - thank you for the diagnosis. I suspect you are correct about the bad html since I'm just learning it. I entered it manually and it seemed to work yesterday. I'll try some of your suggestions and post back my final outcome.

Hi Gregory,

I am experiencing the same problem where a dodgy URL has been placed into the subtitle, which prevents the ability to edit the subtitle. Any way I can blow the subtitle test away, and just replace that - rather than having to redo the whole story map?
