Can't load KML in map from web

Not sure what is happening here. I have successfully used this kml in the past (4 months ago) and it worked fine. I am able to open this kml in ArcGIS Explorer Desktop and Google maps but not in ArcGIS Online. I have an organizational account and i am the administrator. This KML is refreshed weekly at the same location with the same name. Can anyone see why this would not work? It currently only has 60 records in it as a point file. Here is the link to the kml: Link
Does this have something to do with the 30 minute cache delay for displaying updates?

This is a bug. It will be addressed in our next update in June.

When will the update be released? I am still experiencing this issue with loading KML files in ArcGIS online.
