how to create multiple feature layers (from multiple datasets) with same visualisation style?

I have multiple datasets (with same attributes schema) to import as multiple feature layers into AGOL. How can apply the same style to all feature layers without going into each one and manually changing each style? For example, my data has a attribute 'Category' which has values CATEGORY A to CATEGORY D. And I want to make sure all feature layers have visualisations are set automatically so that a dark grey line always appears for CATEGORY A, Bright Yellow line for CATEGORY B and so on.

Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to import the symbology from an existing hosted feature layer to another directly within ArcGIS Online. However, you can do this in ArcGIS Pro before publishing to ArcGIS Online:
