Web templates

I have loaded some features services and created a web map with in my account and tried to create a web app but no templates are displayed. I am trying to just use a basic template for viewing data right now. I was able to create on once before but now the template don't show up.

Hi Joe,

Please make sure to save the map, then you will see the options to create a web application when you click on the 'Share' button in the Map Viewer.

I followed the procedure listed above and I get this messages in the template window "There are no items currently available to display." What am I doing wrong?

Hi Caryn,

It could be possible that the Organization is configured to look at a group that does not have any templates. I would check with your Administrator to see if they can look at the group use for the Web AppTemplates.
