Azure issues with Arcgis Portal and Arcgis Server 10.5

Hi everyone ... hope someone can guide me ... really don't know what else to do.

I've installed and configured ArcGIS Portal + Web Adaptor + ArcGIS Server (all 10.5) on Azure cloud servers (after many painful steps with web adaptor). When trying to publish map services from ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro into ArcGIS Portal ... I got errors. After that everything went bad.

Issue 1 - Cannot remove Federated ArcGIS Servers in Portal Admin -
Failed to unfederate server 'xxx'. java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect

Issue 2 - Based on some forum users ... tried to run UnRegister Server unsuccesfully with https://machine name.domain/portal/sharing/rest/portals/self

HTTP ERROR 500
Internal Server Error

Issue 3 – After step 1 & 2 ... now Edit Settings greyed out in ArcGIS Portal

I wonder if there is a script or internal database I can cleanup / reset all these settings.
