    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you Disable then Enable Open Data without doing any damage?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem is, when CalOES first started AGOL we were CalEMA, so our Organization Short Name is CalEMA.&amp;nbsp; We, the GIS Unit, have been ordered to change Short Name to CalOES.&amp;nbsp; We are trying to figure out what will break.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;James Nordstrom&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
