Getting 404 Error with items removed from Open Data (ArcGIS Hub)

I have removed multiple layers from Open Data and layers are still showing in Open Data Portal with a 404 error.

Process

Removed layers

Waited 24 hours

Open Data Hub and refreshed the items

Manually refreshed items in question

Some Stale items will not remove from Open Data

Example:

http://data.iowadot.gov/search?q=pavement&sort=name

Click on 2013 International Roughness Index or 2013 Pavement Index. These along with the 2014 & 15 pavement friction and indexes have been removed from the groups that feed open Data.

Thoughts? I may open a ticket after another 24 hours.
