Pop Ups Don't Work in Basic Viewer Web Mapping Application

I have created/configured a pop up for a feature in AGOL and it works beautifully. However, when I select Share > Create a Web Application and Publish the template (Basic Viewer) my pop up's don't work anymore. I get the following pop up dialog window: "No Information Available."

Is this a bug?

I am not able to reproduce what you are describing based on my initial tests. Does the problem occur with just one webmap or can you reproduce it with other maps? What browser are you using? Can you provide the url for the webmap so I can attempt to reproduce/troubleshoot the issue? If not, can you provide some screenshots that show how you are setting up the popup so that I can attempt to replicate your scenario as accurately as possible?

I had to delete and recreate my we app a few times and now it's finally working.
