      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to understand if I can import data with franch department information in my map with ArcGIS Online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have results from sql request (region number) and I would like to display in the map. I already managed to to with zip code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible ? Is there a way for doing this ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you by advance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

So that's mean that it can not be possible to generate data vizualisation with just department number (the purpose is to display this kind of data with coloration :&amp;nbsp;&lt;A class="link-titled" href="http://sites.uclouvain.be/geofast/france/" title="http://sites.uclouvain.be/geofast/france/"&gt;Geofast France&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
