Import Shapefile Error

We are experiencing issue importing in a zipped shape file today. Nothing appears to be working, either in IE or Firefox. Error messages are: unable to import shape file. File is attached to this email. I have also tried a variety of other files with no luck.

Also having the same issue. I have not been able to import data today giving me timed-out error message.

Yes, we are currently experiencing a problem adding shapefiles to a web map. We hope to have this resolved shortly.

I used your file and it was ok, i added it into arcgis online normally, it's worked, no errors.
