We are trying to deploy a Citizen Problem Reporter app for the city, but we cannot figure out how to add/unlock the locator for users to report items/issues at their exact location. Can anyone help out here? We deployed the whole operation through the Solution Deployment Add-In through ArcPro. Thanks!

The locate widget used in our web apps use the geolocation API. This requires https protocol in order for the widget to appear in most browser (chrome, safari and more).
