Adjusting url embedded logo size...

Trying to include my company's logo to a web application map using one of ESRI's templates and in the configuration area (hopefully see attached) it provides a field to insert a url address (like from Photobucket?) to include a logo on the map. Well, after numerous exercises in re-sizing the image, when inserted via the url, it appears huge. Anyone experience this phenomena? If so, how can I rectify it?

I hope the link is accurate (I'm just getting started with this) but the logo is not inserted at this point as it "eats" up too much real estate. Like I said, I re-sized it a few time and it's hosted on Photobucket. I use the direct link from a dialog associated with the thumbnail in Photobucket's album. Let me know what you think. Forgot the url to the logo. It's been degraded though from multi-edits but you can get an idea. Again, thanks for any help.

I guess I don't quite understand. I took the URL you included and put it over the map. The logo is sized exactly the same as the original and looks the same as well, fuzzy and all. See the attached; you can see the configuration button sizes for comparison.

The template will display whatever size image you provide. I'm not seeing a huge image.

Weird....

In the editor environment, before you actually save changes and republish, does it preview right? Mine showed it large....well, ok. I'll start with a fresh jpeg and try again. Thanks for your help Mike.
