ArcGIS Online WebAppbuilder Webapp UI not loading

Hi everyone.

I have built a really simple WebApp using ESRI's WebAppBuilder.

When I open the application, quite often (like 50% of the time) the UI doesn't load.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

The map data is quite complex, and does sometimes take a while to draw (10-30 secs), it's like the map loading causes the UI load to timeout.

I've added some screenshots (With details redacted) so you can see the how simple the webapp is.

Can you share your web map? Are you using feature services, tile services or storing the content in the web map?

Is there any way I can share it directly with ESRI? It's for an on-going govt R&D project and I can't share it publically yet.

HI Mark,

As this seems to be a secured project, I'd suggest getting in contact with Technical Support. You will be able to securely share your content with them and have them determine what is causing the issue.
