For example, my dataset has a row for individual completed planning application, the number of completed units, the year it was completed and the Ward it relates to.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I would like to display to create a proportional symbol map that shows the total number of completed units per Ward for a time period set by a filter or a time slider. I cannot work out how to do something like this in ArcMap (10.7) or AGOL. Do you know if there is a way to achieve what I am trying to do within the ArcGIS platform?
