Public Notification Widget - Selecting Parcels Within a Boundary

I'm trying to select parcels, from a feature service, that are within a boundary area (a separate feature service).

Both are added to the map, and when I search and select the boundary layer from the widget, it's only selecting a handful of parcels within it...not all of them. Any ideas?

The widget works fine if I select the parcels using any of the drawing tools.

Could it be that most of the boundary is not being shown in the screenshot and there are 1,000 parcels selected and that is the default limit of selection for the widget?

There may be a limit on the selection number (hopefully this is easily changed if so); however, the screenshot I sent earlier was just a zoomed in one. Here's another example. The entire boundary is shown; but again, only a handful (1000) parcels within the boundary are selected.

Did you ever find a solution? I'm having the same issue and see no configuration in the widget.

Change the number of records returned by the server.
