On the right map, the popups for all the states west of Texas do not appear when you click on the state. If you zoom out two levels, you'll see that the popups for the west coast states start working. Alaska won't generate a popup until you zoom all the way out.</P><P style="color: #242729; background-color: rgba(248, 248, 248, 0.6); border: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 1em;">This issue does not occur on the swipe map only (<A href="http://ucsc.maps.arcgis.com/apps/StorytellingSwipe/index.html?appid=b505e89be51943b0a37d930bd9a535c5" rel="nofollow" style="color: #358daa; border: 0px;">here</A>).
