What happens if you remove the licence?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does this happen for other users in your organisation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It might be worth contacting the Tech Support team for your region - there might be a setting on your account that needs to be changed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Carmel&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
