Unable to download code attachment for sample

When ever I try to download a code sample i get the following Error:

This item is not currently available.
The ArcGIS Online subscription associated with this item has expired.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

What seems to have happened is that the organization under julie_powell24 has expired, and that content is under her account.

Content in an organization with an expired subscription is not available until the subscription is renewed. In this case, the user is in the process of renewing her subscription. As soon as the renewal happens, the item will be available.

Thanks Mike,

Do have any idea when she may be renewing her subscription. I need this quite urgently and I haven't found as good (or any other)
example of interface customization. Or if anyone has the code could it be posted?
