Using ArcGIS.com Web Maps on a different website, Question about user agreement

Hi,

I work for a State Agency and we have been working with ArcGIS.com (we also have ArcView with some extensions). We are looking into maybe embedding some interactive maps and use web maps on our website. I have looked at the JavaScript API's and used the "Find an Address" sample code. I customized an ArcGIS.com map template to add the address locator in. My question is, seeing as government agencies are considered "Commercial users," would we be violating any user agreements with ArcGIS.com or ESRI if we host the map template on our website? ArcGIS is hosting the map itself and the map template uses the ArcGIS web ID. We do not have an ArcGIS server. I know that there is Beta testing going on and there will be a fee eventually; but until then are we free to use the services of ArcGIS.com as mentioned above?

Yes, you can use a web map you have created in arcgis.com on your web site. Your end users are subject to the terms of use, which are available here:
