publishing stand alone excel table

I have created a geoprocessing tool that totals and counts the number of records in the dataset. This tools creates a table with the results. I am now trying to work a way that this table can be share and published either in ArcGIS online or in Flex. Any advise or suggestions on how to share this table with the world, would be appreciated.

You can add CSV files to My Content, but unless they have some geographic reference, you can't display them on a map. I also believe if your map in arcgis desktop has a table in it, and you publish it as a service, the table will come across as part of the service as well (I've not tried this though).
