Timeout exceeded when uploading shapefile (.zip)

I am trying to upload a .zip file containing a shapefile.

I was able to upload this .zip file yesterday without a problem.

However, today I get the message "Unable to import this shapefile. (timeout exceeded)"

Please advise. My .zip is very small (7 kb).

I am having the same problem. I also can not add any of the shapefiles already loaded in to My Content to a map.

It would work....and then not work (for the same zip file).

I would try and try over and over and then it would finally upload.

Same thing would happen for my other .zip shapefiles. I would try to upload (approx 10-15 times) and get the timeout error but then it would randomly work.

I'm having this problem now. Except that it doesn't seem to be random. If a file times out, it always times out. If it works, it always works.

I'm on a 30 day trial. Is there anything I can do?

So you are saying that you have particular shapefiles that always timeout, and some that don't? Can you share one that always times out by posting it here?

Are you adding the shapefile directly to the web map, or are you using Add Item from My Content?

Go to My Organization, and check how many credits you have left in your trial. You may be out of credits.

I can't seem to upload it here. It's too big. Perhaps that's my problem. Each .zip file is over 10MB. Is there a size limit for ArcGIS Online?

I'm adding the shapefiles directly to the web map.

I have 200 credits remaining.

I like to inform you that i am unable to add shape files to the Arc GIS map on-line because every-time time out error occurred.My shape files is US zip code and the size of shape files is 10.9MB.I sending you the screen sort.
