Can you create a layer from a selected feature like you can do in the Desktop version?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the owner has enabled export on the feature layer you would be able to use the extract data analysis tool but the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;USA Census Populated Places does not have export enabled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;You can download a layer package with this data here:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG style="background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;&lt;A class="link-titled" href="http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=4e75a4f7daaa4dfa8b9399ea74641895" title="http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=4e75a4f7daaa4dfa8b9399ea74641895"&gt;http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=4e75a4f7daaa4dfa8b9399ea74641895&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
