Export / Join Related Attributes

Sorry if this has been covered but i cannot find what i need.

Working in Portal 10.7. Have a Survey123 form with parent and child(repeat). Each has a point location. I want to display parent attributes on the child so i can export to csv.

Parent = A, B, C

Child = E,F,G,H

desired output to csv = A, B, C, E, F, G for each child.

I have tried an analysis join in web map but no success as it just fails. Tried using global/parentglobalid in join.

I created a copy of the child and added the parent attributes in configure popup but the related records are not available in attribute table or for export.

Last resort would be to add the parent attributes to the child attributes in the form and add them that way but that defeats the purpose of relationships.
