      <title>Feature Layers</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 6 feature layers. Each one is a different state (i.e. Arkansas and etc.), in ArcGIS online (without using ArcMAP) is there a way of grouping these layers together so they become one feature layer?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
