Add Bing Maps as Layer not Basemap

Can you add Bing Maps to an arcgis.com webmap as a Layer instead of a basemap? By default Bing shows up as a basemap. When you switch basemaps using the basemap button, you have no option to go back to Bing as a basemap. You have to add Bing all over again. That is why I want to add Bing as a layer so it will persist in my map as an option to turn on/off.

It should be as a layer in your map if you follow these steps? Or does that still cause a problem?

Thank you for your reply. The link you sent was the process I was using. It adds Bing as a basemap (bottom layer in TOC), not as a layer that you can turn on and off. I was hoping someone knew of another way.
