I am trying to avoid creating separate files/copies since all I need is to show at different extents. I cannot publish my map service with a data frame clipped to a layer so as to control what I want to show. </P><P>Is there any other way to show this without altering my data? I suppose I can add a field and define a definition query, but I am trying to avoid altering or creating data just so I can show it the way I want...especially since this will likely become more of an issue in the future with a larger number of datasets.
