Map Tips in Web Map?

Hi,

is it possible to use Map Tips in a Web Map?

I found the possibility to add Pop-Ups. Can't I do that when only having ArcView?

The web map supports popups. You can make a very short popup by defining it explicitly, then it would sort of resemble a map tip in arcmap.

I have seen the film about adding pop-ups, but it dosen't look the same bei me... when I click my feature layer under Details - Show contents of map I don't get the option Enable pop up and there's no legend shown too. I can only zoom to, delete or change the tranparency. Why?

I'm guessing you need to click on the layer to expand it to reveal the sub-layers. So keep clicking on the layer names until you get a context menu with the enable popups option.
