Position of AGO map on web page

The AGO web map that I have created and is being used on an external web page appears to be shifted too far to the south (see attached image). Notice that the tip of Florida and Texas are cut off. I have tried setting the map extent under settings in AGO but to no avail. Also, the zoom in/out widget is not showing. And ideas??

With the embedded URL can you try add in something like &level=2&extent=-121.2979,16.0664,-71.0245,56.668. The extent in the URL will override what is in the webmap
