Add Data widget

Hi i am trying to configure the Add Data widget in My map portal using Zip. folder to Add all elements of Shp file but i got an error message (Generate Features exception 'null' ) do you have any solution on that

i tried to add many shp file with less 1000 features but still i got same error even i check the geometry every thing is fine with shp file

even when i try to Add it from add layer from file i got the same

how can i send it

Hi Ahmed,

Is this an application that you created? The shapefile adds fine through ArcGIS Online Add layer from file workflow. adding Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS‌ for more insight.
