Newly Created Map Service Not Displaying

I connect to my Map Services, http://services.medfordmaps.org/ArcGIS1/rest/services, and get 16 results. I then create a new Map Service using ArcCatalog, 'Code_Enforcement', and try to get the results box in arcgis.com to display this newly created map service.

I does not display, even when I re-click the option to add 'A GIS Server' . I close the Add box and try to trick ArcGIS into refreshing, but it doesn't.

How do I get a newly created map service to display in the Results list?

When I connect to your GIS Server I can see the Code Enforcement service and am getting 18 results returned. What I suspect is that the list is getting cached by the browser. Try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps.
