Creating a 3D Dashboard like Paris?

Hello, we would like to present our 3D data in a similar way as the city of Paris did.

Unfortunately, we currently do not find a solution.

Can anyone say how Paris created this dashboard?

Is it perhaps an exclusive production associated with esri?

Is it possible to visualize 3D data in the dashboard function in ArcGIS Online?

This example is a custom app built on the ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.x.

Currently Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS does not directly support 3D visualizations. But a workaround is you can create a 3D web scene or a Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS app with 3D data, then embed that into Ops Dashboard with the Embedded Content element.

Alternatively, you could use Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS and use its dashboard theme.
